Ahsoka Tano, introduced in the animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars (2008), was a talented and headstrong Padawan learner under Anakin Skywalker. As the Clone Wars raged on, Ahsoka faced numerous challenges, growing increasingly disillusioned with the Jedi Council's restrictive nature and Anakin's impulsive behavior. Her frustration culminated during the Siege of Mandalore (Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Season 5), where she was falsely accused of being responsible for the bombing of the Jedi Temple. Ahsoka's exile took her to the planet of Mandalore, where she assumed a new identity, going by the name "Ahsoka the Bendu." She lived among the Mandalorians, learning to adapt to her new surroundings and developing new skills. During her exile, Ahsoka formed connections with various individuals, including Lux Bonteri, a senator from the planet Onderon, and even had a brief romance with him. Her relationships helped her find a sense of belonging and normalcy, a stark contrast to her life as a Padawan.

As Ahsoka navigated the complexities of the Jedi trial, she began to question the very institution she had once been devoted to. The event marked a turning point for the young Padawan, leading her to abandon her training and leave the Jedi Order. Ahsoka's departure was not just a physical separation but also an emotional and spiritual one. She had to come to terms with her identity, no longer bound by the Jedi Code.
